We have designed this Food safety course in conjunction with he guidance from Food safety Ireland . The course brings awareness to all catering and canteen staff`s around food safety including receiving, cooking and presenting food in education. With the recent changes around food supply and delivery to schools, we are now more responsible for all interactions including the risks around food.
