Tail Lift Training - Course Details

Course intro:

This tail lift training course, is a 3 hr course with a max of 4 per course, designed to provide trainees with knowledge and skills necessary for operating a tail lift pre transport or offloading. The course involves theory, practical, video and an assessment for each learner.

Please note this course is delivered as in-house training with a practical part which must be observed and all attendees participate in.

This course is presented by an experienced Road Safety Expert

  • How to position a pallet and  operator truck on the lift
  • Risks to the operator and public when operating a lift
  • parking and vehicle position,
  • Practical training/Video
  • Competence testing
  • Questions and Evaluations

 

Intended audience

This tail lift, course is designed for staff who operated and use tail lifts.

 

 

Entry requirements

Minimum age- 18 years old

Minimum English requirements: Leaners must be able to understand and convey the concepts contained in the programme content.
