Course intro:

Our Train the Trainer course has been developed to assist staff in instructing , teaching or simple to give information to others in a clear and concise way. In any setting, we need to ensure what we say id received correctly and that those in attendance are clear on the message or instruction. The course is tailored to suit each requirement. All attendees skill sets are different and the course looks holistically at getting the best from each attendee. The course will instill confidence and allow all attending time to practice and reflect on their communication skills.

With the changing times we will review older and newer communication methods and how will need to adapt to change
